Pardon Our Progress
PLEASE BE PATIENT! We recently
transitioned to a new computer system, and are still
working the bugs out. Processing your renewal license
application may take a bit longer this year than in the
past. We ask that you be patient with us. We are working
diligently to process you license applications and issue
2012 licenses as quickly as possible.
Timely Renewal Reminder
As a reminder, the Alabama
Administrative Code states that the 2011 license of any
licensee who timely renews (that is, renews before
midnight on December 31) is good until the Board
issues the new 2012 license, or denies the license
application. If you are denied permits based upon your
2011 license, but have timely renewed, please ask the
building department to contact the Board to verify your
status as timely renewed.
